We, Oleksandr and Nataliya Golubyn, a family who founded another large family called "Helfer" 25 years ago. Over these many years, we have been helping people find health. Oleksandr's extensive experience in fitness and rehabilitation has allowed him to create his own training methodology, which was patented in Ukraine and has helped get hundreds of people back on their feet. This allowed them to avoid surgery and daily pain and to start a healthy lifestyle.

On the other hand, psychologist Nataliya, with 20 years of experience, deals with mental health, which is an essential factor for a fulfilling life. Our joint work has created a strong and friendly team, helping people feel the fullness of life. We have always invited many specialists to collaborate: traumatologists, surgeons, manual therapists, nutritionists, rehabilitation specialists, and massage therapists. Their experience and knowledge helped expand our vision of problems and solve them correctly. Due to recent events in Ukraine, we had to scale down our project and move it online to keep our business alive and effectively help people in different parts of our world.
